1in100.win – Terms & Conditions

1. About Us
1in100.win is operated by Cardowl Limited (Company No. 14522878, VAT No. 442723994),
registered office: The Round Pond, Shipham Road, Cheddar BS27 3DD. Throughout these
Terms, “we/us/our” means Cardowl Limited. “You/your” means the customer or entrant.
2. Our Service
We sell personalised greeting cards (“Cards”) through www.1in100.win. Each qualifying
Card sold is automatically entered into the 1in100 Prize Draw, subject to the Prize Draw
Rules.
3. Ordering
Orders are placed via our website. By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided
are accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Prices & Payment
Card price is £2.50 plus £1.70 postage (unless otherwise stated). Prices include VAT where
applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order.
5. Delivery
Cards are dispatched via Royal Mail or an equivalent postal service. Delivery times shown
are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
As Cards are personalised and printed to order, orders cannot be cancelled once printing
has begun. If a Card is faulty or incorrect due to our error, we will offer a reprint or refund.
7. Liability
We are not liable for losses outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits
liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other rights that cannot
be excluded by law.
8. Your Conduct
You must not upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content. We reserve the right to
refuse to print any Card that breaches this requirement.
9. The 1in100 Prize Draw – How It Works
For every 100 qualifying Cards sold, one Card recipient will be randomly selected to win
£100. Each Card sold represents one entry into the prize draw. The draw is triggered once
100 Cards have been sold.
10. Free Entry to the Prize Draw
No purchase is necessary to enter the 1in100 Prize Draw. A free postal entry route is
available.
Full details of how to enter by post, including eligibility requirements, entry limits, timing of
entries, draw administration and winner verification, are set out in the 1in100 Prize Draw
Rules.
The Prize Draw Rules form part of these Terms and Conditions and are incorporated by
reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Prize
Draw Rules, the Prize Draw Rules shall prevail.
The Prize Draw Rules are available on the 1in100 website and should be read carefully
before entering.
For the avoidance of doubt, a FREE postal entry does NOT result in a Greeting Card being
produced or sent.
11. Draw Process
A secure and verifiably random process will select the winning entry once 100 Cards have
been sold. Winners will be notified within 14 days by email or post (for postal entries). The
£100 prize will be paid by bank transfer or cheque.
12. General Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and no alternative is offered. We may require proof of age or
identity. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. We reserve the right to withhold prizes where
entries breach these Terms or the Prize Draw Rules.
13. Complaints & Disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact us at support@1in100.win. If unresolved, disputes
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
