1in100.win – Terms & Conditions

1. About Us
1in100.win is operated by Cardowl Limited (Company No. 14522878, VAT No. 442723994),
registered office: The Round Pond, Shipham Road, Cheddar BS27 3DD. Throughout these
Terms, “we/us/our” means Cardowl Limited. “You/your” means the customer, recipient or
entrant.
2. Our Service
We sell personalised greeting cards (“Cards”) through www.1in100.win. Each Card includes
a unique QR code which allows the recipient to enter a free promotional prize draw, subject
to the Prize Draw Rules.
3. Ordering
Orders are placed via our website. By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided
are accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Prices & Payment
Card price is £2.50 plus £1.70 postage (unless otherwise stated). Prices include VAT where
applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order.
5. Delivery
Cards are dispatched via Royal Mail or an equivalent postal service. Delivery times shown
are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
As Cards are personalised and printed to order, orders cannot be cancelled once printing
has begun. If a Card is faulty or incorrect due to our error, we will offer a reprint or refund.
7. Liability
We are not liable for losses outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits
liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other rights that cannot
be excluded by law.
8. Your Conduct
You must not upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content. We reserve the right to
refuse to print any Card that breaches this requirement.
9. The 1in100 Free Prize Draw – How It Works
Each Card contains a unique QR code on the reverse. Card recipients may choose to scan the
QR code and enter the free promotional prize draw by providing the requested details.
For every 100 valid scanned entries received, one entrant will be randomly selected to win
£100.
No purchase is necessary for a recipient to enter the draw, and purchasing a Card does not
guarantee entry into the draw unless the recipient chooses to scan and enter.

10. Free Entry to the Prize Draw
Entry into the 1in100 promotional prize draw is free for Card recipients who scan the QR
code on their Card and complete the entry process.
10. Draw Process
A secure and verifiably random process will select one winning entrant for every 100 valid
scanned entries received. Winners will be notified within 14 days by email or post (for
postal entries). The £100 prize will be paid by bank transfer.
11. General Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and no alternative is offered. We may require proof of age or
identity. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. We reserve the right to withhold prizes where
entries breach these Terms or the Prize Draw Rules.
12. Complaints & Disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact us at support@1in100.win. If unresolved, disputes
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
